Les conditions requises pour l’entrée en vigueur du « memorandum of understanding » désigné ci-dessus, approuvé par la loi du 17 mai 2017 (Journal officiel du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, Mémorial A, n° 504 du 23 mai 2017), ayant été remplies le 31 mai 2017, ledit Acte est entré en vigueur à l’égard des deux États contractants le 31 mai 2017, conformément à l’article IX du présent « memorandum of understanding ».
