Mise en application de nouvelles normes européennes du domaine des télécommunications

applicables au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg.

Considérant la loi du 4 juillet 2014 relative à la réorganisation de l’Institut luxembourgeois de la normalisation, de l’accréditation, de la sécurité et qualité des produits et services et notamment l’article 3;

Vu les articles 12, 13 et 14 du règlement grand-ducal du 17 juillet 2000 prévoyant une procédure d’information dans le domaine des normes et réglementations techniques et des règles relatives aux services de la société de l’information;

1. Sont considérées comme nouvelles normes nationales applicables au Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, les normes européennes figurant sur le Relevé ILNAS (juin 2015) ci-annexé qui comprend les normes européennes élaborées et adoptées par l’Institut européen des normes de télécommunications (ETSI).
2. Ce relevé est une mise à jour du catalogue des normes européennes qui complète et modifie les 27 volumes précédents publiés au Mémorial, à savoir A-N° 46/1994, 61/1997, 93/1998, 18/1999, 73/1999, 45/2000, 122/2000, 73/2003, 150/2003, 16/2004, 68/2004, 17/2005, 26/2005, 72/2005, 125/2005, 4/2006, 58/2006, 128/2006, 9/2007, 63/2007, 133/2007, 162/2007, 244/2007, 73/2008, 01/2014, 73/2014 et 207/2014.
3. La disponibilité de ces normes pour les milieux intéressés est assurée par l’Organisme Luxembourgeois de Normalisation auprès de l’ILNAS et leur mise à disposition se fait sur demande.
